A Day in the Life at Bright A Blind

At Bright A Blind, no two days are ever the same and that’s what makes our work so rewarding.

We’re open seven days a week, with our workshops starting from 6am. From the first shift, it’s all about teamwork. Operations scheduling, manufacturing, account management and surveying all work hand in hand. Behind the scenes, fit-out contractors, estimators and project managers coordinate with precision to ensure every project runs smoothly.

“We all pitch in, no matter the size of the project.”

– Workshop Team Member

Our projects range from replacing a single blind in a school or office to installing over 1,000 motorised blinds in landmark skyscrapers, universities and corporate headquarters. We also support long-term Facilities Management contracts, where consistency, care and trust are absolutely essential.

“It feels like one big family, we know each other and our clients know us.”

– Account Manager

Collaboration lies at the heart of everything we do. Our Shade-Space division works closely with CAD designers and technical specialists to deliver bespoke solutions for the home and hospitality sector, while site teams rely on the expertise of colleagues across estimating, IT and logistics to keep projects moving forward.

With security-cleared staff and a strong health & safety culture, they know they can depend on us even in the most sensitive environments.

Whether it’s one blind or one thousand, we approach every project with the same care, collaboration and commitment. Because for us, success is built on relationships as much as results.
